Please be aware the following refunds, returns and cancellation policies are in place for Hypnotherapy Practitioner and Foundation level courses.
Yorkshire Hypnotherapy Training (YHT) is a trading name of Yorkshire Therapies and Training Ltd and you can find all our contact details on the bottom of each page.
Refunds, Returns
Full details of our fees can be found elsewhere on this site.
A deposit is required to confirm acceptance of a place on a practitioner or foundation course. Deposits are non-refundable unless the first choice course indicated on the enrolment form is cancelled or postponed, and the student does not wish to wait or transfer to another course.
We reserve the right to cancel a course if the number of students does not reach the minimum required to run the course effectively. We also reserve the right to cancel the course if unforeseen circumstances arise which make running the course unsafe or otherwise untenable.
Once the deposit has been paid, the student may withdraw by giving YHT 14 days’ notice in writing. The final day of the notice period is the date of withdrawal.
If the date of withdrawal is before the first day of module one the student is liable only for the deposit. Any other fees paid will be refunded.
If the date of withdrawal is on or after the first day of module one, the student remains liable for the deposit and a proportion of other fees reflecting the percentage of the course held by midnight on the date of withdrawal. This applies whether or not they have actually attended. Any fees overpaid will be refunded.
Refunds will be made only to the person who made the original payment and will be sent by bank transfer. Bank details should be sent to yorks.ht@btinternet.com
It may take up to 30 days after we receive your bank details to complete your refund.
As we provide a live teaching service, there are no physical goods for you to return. Therefore no returns are possible.
